Edward Quinn, Owner of Gable Ventures, brings 17+ years of experience as commercial real estate broker and developer with a focus on the local industrial market. Additionally, he offers 11 years expertise in the manufacturing industry as a manager of various divisions of General Motors Saginaw Division, Field Container Corporation of Elkgrove, Illinois and James River Corporation of Kalamazoo.
Edward prides himself in knowing that because he is an owner and investor, he can appreciate his clients’ position and advise them accordingly.
His extensive involvement in manufacturing has afforded him many opportunities to work with a wide variety of both national and local manufacturing companies. He is currently advising Heeren Brother’s Produce on the selection, purchase and development of their new 48 acre industrial site along with the construction of their 175,000 SF specialty refrigeration plant.
In 2004, he was named one of the Grand Rapids’ Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 business leaders. Part of this distinction was due in large part to the success he had in developing 107 acres of agricultural land in Walker Township into a fully developed and thriving industrial park. One of his most notable buyer’s for a portion of the park included The Grand Rapids’ Press.
